Picture may be deceiving

This is very hard to see from the very small pictures, but I will try to point the design flaw and you can judge for yourself if this is acceptable. The screws that hold the canopy to the hanging bracket are on the bottom and do not get covered up with a bezel as in other fans. So essentially, you see the slotted holes, screws, black hanging bracket and black hanging ball from underneath the fan. When I first unpacked it I thought I missed a piece, but upon looking at the instructions I realized that it was just poor design. If you look closely at the picture you can see it. I also bought the Viento, this fan includes a black rubber piece (albeit a poorly molded one) that covers this area. This fan had the look we wanted, but we can't justify the price looking this unfinished. This fan is being returned.
