ceiling fan a breeze to install

Our old fan was about to fall from the ceiling so we knew we had to replace it. I dreaded the thought of dealing with the wiring and mounting hardware.To my delight the wiring was very easy, everything was color coded so you could not make a mistake. The new style of mounting harware made it easy. just screw the bracket to the junction box. Attach the connector rod to the fan, it screws in like a threaded pipe and then is secured with three set screws. Finally lift the fan up and slide the rod into the bracket. (Get someone to help you lift and hold it while you do the wire splicing.)The blades needed to be attached, this was straight forward using the screws provided. No way to get this wrong. The kit comes with a balancing mechanism, but I did not need it.So I would recommend this fan to anyone who wants to save on air conditioning costs by the added circulation.
