These Minka fans are a high quality product. Relatively easy to install although having a helper is advised especially when hanging the motor unit into the ceiling mount. One of the three units I bought for bedrooms was absent the blades when I opened the box which was a obvious error with the manufacturer. The supplier responded to a customer service phone contact with an apology and immediate shipment of a set of blades. 5 bladed fans push considerably more air than the 4 bladed fans I replaced. I don't envision ever having to run these on the "high" speed.
