WHERE'S THE AIR??

I DON'T KNOW IF MY FAN CAME DEFECTIVE.. BUT EVEN STANDING RIGHT UNDERNEATH THE FAN & YOU DON'T FEEL THE AIR AT ALL!!!!!!!! I'M SO DISAPPOINTED. IT'S BEAUTIFUL, BUT I WILL RETURN IT.
