Forced to downrate this fan to 4 stars

We purchased this fan to replease one of six fans in our house, (which we installed ourselves) which failed after many years of working. We orginally purchase a fan similar to the one we ordered from Amazon replacement, from a warehouse store. Two units of that model failed to function after installation. We decided to purchase a more expensive fam from Amazon. We downrated this fan to 4 stars, not becasue of functional problems, but to the poor installation instructions and the fact that there are no diagrams identifying the numerous screws needed for installation and that they come in unlabaled plastic envelopes. This makes the installation process time consuming and and a random walk through the numerous screws attempting to find the correct one. At this time the fan and light unit are functioning properly. However, our frustration level is still at an elevated level. One minor negtative comment: one of the 4 CF bulbs was dead on arrival.
