The 5BD52VB-4 has a venetian bronze frame with a 4-Light amber glass shade light kit. Venetian Bronze frame with Black blades and Amber shades are included in the box and ready for assembly. This particular fan requires (4) candelabra base 40-Watt incandescent bulbs. When it comes to passing inspection this fan is UL, cUL, ETL, CE, TUV and ROHS certified and has a limited lifetime warranty that is limited to the motor after the first year. This fan is quiet enough to hear a pin drop and moves air at 3 different speeds so you're sure to find this a comfy addition to any room. There is an optional canopy remote with receiver available for this fan that control the fan speed. Mislead by inaccurate description

From the description "Requires four medium base 40 watt incandescent bulbs"So I purchased some really nice medium base golden amber Vintage Antique Light Bulbs - Edison style. I received the fan last night and it only accepts "candelabra" type bulbs which is really annoying! I don't even like the word, "candelabra."
