Dead after 2 years.

I was shopping for a new fan when I noticed this model. It looked just like the dead fan hanging in my great room so I checked - and it is a Casablanca as well. I got less than two years of light use out of mine before it died. When I read that another reviewer had the same problem, I felt compelled to share my experience. Don't let the good looks fool you - these fans are beautiful, but junk. This time I want one that spins. ;)

Great Product!

Have enjoyed many years of quiet, efficient service from the 2 in our 18 foot tall living room.Unfortunately, need to replace one after roofers tossed a bale of shingles so hard they broke the ceiling mounting bracket!!!Will replace with the same great model.

I replaced my Casablanca stealth fan with this one. It has 2 fewer blades, but moves more air, was $200 cheaper, uses less energy and looks great. My only complaint is that it makes a very low hummmm when its on.
